• When you receive your tag, simply fill out the enclosed form

• Once we receive the enrollment form, your information is entered into a secure database.
• After the information is stored, you will receive a call and/or and e-mail, verifying your enrollment

How the Pet Recovery Service Works

• Each durable pet tag contains a specifically assigned identification number for your pet.
• This identification number along with the information you provide on the enrollment form is stored in a secure database.
• If you are not aware that your dog or cat is lost and it is found, we will contact you and arrange for the pet to be returned.
• If you are aware that your dog or cat is lost, contact us and we will let you know if your pet has been found.
